Procedures/testing Details
All our factory operators will be provided an intensive training, the supervisor will assign the appropriate position according to their ability so as to exert their strength and performance. It will shorten the learning curve and create a sense of satisfactory which result in increasing the production efficient. Our training scope includes:

Product training specially on components

Skills in soldering and operate equipment
Technique in visual inspection and reading instruction
Workplace exercise
Raise questions
Analyzing the document and instruction
