For Samples 
When you order samples, please contact regional sales manager and get Proforma Invoice for sample confirmation. After receive your full payment in advance, samples will be delivered immediately by freight collect. In order to delivery the samples to customer without any damage, we prefer express service company by Fedex /DHL/TNT/UPS/EMS

Delivery 
Delivery of Formal Order 
For OEM order, average delivery will be 30-40 days according to different product and customer requirements For repeat orders, average delivery will be 25-30 days. 
Sample Delivery 
For samples available in stock, we will arrange delivery immediately after receiving full payment of sample changes.
For special required samples, delivery will be 2-7 days after receiving full payment of sample changes.

Warranty 
We provide following warranty terms for optional after sales service 1% key spare parts provided together with formal order For defect units within warranty period, we provide free repair service to customer and customer will be responsible for freight cost. For special requirements of warranty according to different product, please contact regional sales manager for more detail.
